The current program phase of the BAFA consulting grant runs until 31 December 2026 limited. Anyone who still wants to take advantage of the increased subsidy rate should not postpone the project until the end of the year: the consulting may only begin after receiving the funding approval, and there is processing time between the application and approval. A project that has already started is excluded from funding.

Requirements

• Small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) with a specific need for consulting
• Consulting topics: economic, financial, personnel-related or organizational issues in company management
• The consulting is provided by a BAFA-listed, authorized consultant
• A maximum of five completed consulting engagements per company during the program period, with no more than two per year
