At bettersorted, AI Consulting involves a structured, three-stage process: an initial consultation, an analysis of current processes, and a written implementation plan setting out specific tools, costs and funding opportunities. The consultancy itself is vendor-neutral — we recommend what suits the business, not what bettersorted sells. It is carried out by a BAFA-listed consultant based in Schwerin, who also acts as an authorised INQA coach.

Our consultancy service is technology-neutral: we recommend what suits your business, not what we want to sell. If we suggest a specific implementation, we prefer to use open-source software and n8n workflows, hosted on servers in the EU/Germany — GDPR-compliant and without vendor lock-in.
