Social Media (m/f/d) – Working Student or Mini Job

Do you have a feel for good posts and want to help make an AI company from Schwerin more visible? We are looking for support for our social media channels – as a working student or in a mini job, flexible alongside your studies or job.

Your tasks

  • You manage our social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • You plan and create posts about our projects, blog articles, and events such as “KI zum Anfassen” – texts, images, and short videos.
  • You maintain the editorial calendar and publish regularly.
  • You respond to comments and messages or forward them.
  • You evaluate reach and interactions and suggest improvements.

What you bring

  • You are studying (e.g. communication, media, marketing, or business administration) or are looking for a mini job with substance.
  • You write confidently in German, and preferably also in English.
  • You know LinkedIn and Instagram not just as a user.
  • Experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
  • You are interested in AI and digitalization – we will teach you the specialist knowledge.
  • You work independently and reliably.

AI Consultant (m/f/d)

Do you like explaining things, listen well, and believe that AI only delivers value when it works in a company’s day-to-day operations? Then you fit with us. As an AI consultant, you support small and medium-sized enterprises, skilled trades businesses, social organizations, and public administrations from the first question through to the ongoing solution.

Your tasks

  • You conduct initial consultations and workshops and identify where AI and automation can really save a business time.
  • You map processes and translate them into understandable solution proposals – from chatbots to AI phone assistants to document search.
  • You create concepts and proposals and support funding projects (e.g. BAFA, INQA) together with the team.
  • During implementation, you are the contact person for our clients and ensure that the solution is adopted by the team.
  • You train employees and give presentations, e.g. at our evening series “KI zum Anfassen”.
  • You bring feedback from practice into our team and our products.

What you bring

  • You communicate well, explain technology clearly, and approach management, specialist departments, and works councils openly.
  • You have experience in consulting, project management, sales, or customer support, ideally in a digital environment.
  • You work hands-on with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and are interested in automation (e.g. n8n). You do not need to program.
  • Basic knowledge of data protection (GDPR) and the EU AI Act is a plus.
  • You have completed a degree or vocational training, e.g. in business, computer science, or communication, or bring comparable experience.
  • You speak very good German and good English and have a driving license for appointments with clients in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
  • You work in a structured and independent way and are happy to take responsibility.
