The phone is ringing – and you are just with a customer, on site, or in a meeting. That evening, we will build an AI phone agent together – step by step, live, hands-on. In the end, someone calls, and the AI answers.

This is how the evening will go

1. Briefly explained: How does an AI phone agent work? Speech recognition, language model, speech output – explained simply.
2. Define the task: Together, we consider which calls the agent should handle – for example, taking callback requests or providing opening hours.
3. Live build: We write the greeting, define what the agent should ask, and connect it to a phone number.
4. Test calls: You call in — with standard questions and with tricky ones. We see where the agent performs well and where it reaches its limits.
5. An honest look at data protection: What needs to be considered regarding call recording, disclosure of the AI, and data storage?
