Data deletion for Facebook and Instagram

If you have connected your Facebook page or your Instagram account to our platform bettersorted Social , you can request the deletion of your data at any time in one of these three ways.

1. In the platform

Log in at social.bettersorted.de open the channel overview and disconnect the relevant account. The access keys are deleted immediately.

2. On Facebook or Instagram

Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or “Apps and websites”) → bettersorted Social → Remove.

Instagram:Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites → bettersorted Social → Remove.

After that, the platform can no longer access your account.

3. Via form or email

Use the form below or write to info@bettersorted.de with the subject “Social Media Data Deletion”. We will confirm receipt within 7 days.

What happens next

We delete all data we have received about your account via the Meta interface within 30 days: access keys, account details, comments, statistics, and saved post drafts. The only exceptions are data we are required to retain for legal reasons, for example invoices. Upon request, we will confirm the deletion in writing. More on this in our Privacy Policy, Section 18.
