INQA Coaching

INQA-Coaching supports SMEs nationwide with an 80% grant for shaping digital transformation – for example, the introduction of AI – with up to 12 consulting days and a maximum grant of €11,520. A programme of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS), funded by the ESF Plus; coaching vouchers are available until 30/06/2028.

BAFA consultancy funding

The BAFA consulting grant subsidizes management consulting for SMEs at 80% in the new federal states, Lüneburg and Trier (max. €2,800) and at 50% in the rest of Germany (max. €1,750).
