For Hamburg SMEs, INQA-Coaching is usually the significantly stronger instrument — provided the company has been in existence for at least two years and has fewer than 250 employees.

When BAFA funding in Hamburg is still worthwhile

Despite the lower rate, BAFA funding remains an option when there is a clearly defined consulting topic for which twelve coaching days would be excessive — for example, a one-time assessment or a data protection issue related to the use of AI.
