INQA-Coaching
INQA-Coaching is a funding program of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs that reimburses small and medium-sized enterprises up to 80% of the costs of consulting on digital transformation — up to €11,520 for twelve consulting days.

What exactly does INQA-Coaching mean?
The program is financed by funds from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus). Support may only be provided by authorized INQA coaches.
In terms of content, it is not about purchasing technology, but about change within the company: employees are involved in developing the solution. That is why the program is well suited to projects in which work processes change noticeably.
