What exactly does Process Automation mean?
The starting point is almost never the technology, but the process: Which step is carried out manually in exactly the same way every week, and why? Only then does the question arise whether an interface, a rule, or an AI component is the right solution.
A bad process does not get better through automation, only faster at being wrong. That is why documenting the current state comes first.
